Who We Are

Our Agency

Our experience and expertise allows us to offer effective, low-cost, community mental health services (counseling), in the Southern CA area. We offer services to children, adults, couples, and families on a sliding scale (reduced fee).

Our Treatment Focus

You are the expert on your life. We are here to help empower and educate you, so that you reach a place of healing.

We achieve this by providing a neutral and safe space for you to process your thoughts and feelings, by using evidence based interventions, and by customizing a treatment plan that meets your needs.

Our Patient Promise

We promise to support you through your healing journey. Our goal is to assist you in growing through your struggles, making peace with your hurts, and in helping you identify skills that will allow you to reach your "happy."
